Pharmalancers does all the hard work for you. The platform will match your project to selected consultants, who have the right skills and expertise for your project.

 

  • Post your project for free.  Pharmalancers  will match your project with consultants who are a good fit for what you need and invite them to submit proposals. Or if you prefer, only those consultants selected by you will be invited for proposals.

 

  • You will receive proposals only from selected consultants who have the skills, experience and availability for the project. Pharmalancers has built in proposal templates, so you will be able to reliably compare all proposals.  

 

  • Once you shortlist your proposals we will connect you and the consultants direct – so you can discuss the project in more detail and decide who you want to work with. 

 

  • When you select the consultant, because you are a member of Pharmalancers all the service contracts are in place, all you have to do is agree and signoff the work order and payment schedules. 

 

  • Once the work order is signed, it’s over to you and the consultant to get the work done. Pharmalancers has a built-in project management tool so you have oversight and visibility of the progress, and to ensure those important milestones are met. 

 

  • We will invoice you in accordance to the agreed payment schedule, all invoices will be very transparent. Simple!

FEES

Pharmalancers’ fees are very transparent. There are no fees for signing up, browsing and posting projects (subject to services contract). You only pay our consultants a fair rate or fixed project fees on agreed projects and a fixed percentage mark-up of the fees to us.

CONTRACTING

When you join you will be asked to sign a services contract with Pharmalancers, as are all the independent consultants. These services contracts enable faster set up of individual projects.   

WORK ORDERS

Once you assign work to a freelance consultant; a work order specific to that project will be agreed between you and the independent consultant.
