 HOW IT WORKS

Pharmalancers does all the hard work for you. The platform's smart algorithm will match your expertise and skills to new and interesting projects.

 

  • Sign up is free. Once you have had a discussion with one of our team, your profile becomes  live and Pharmalancers will start matching you with opportunities that are a good fit for your skills and experience. 

 

  • When the platform finds a project matching your skills and experience, you will be invited to submit a proposal. Pharmalancers has built-in proposal templates to make this bit easy; once your proposal is shortlisted by the customer we will help you and the customer to connect direct – so you can discuss the project in more detail and win the project! 

 

  • When you win the project, because you are a member of Pharmalancers  the services contracts are already in place, all you have to do is complete a work order template and payment schedule and get them approved by the client. 

  • Then it’s over you to get on with the project. Pharmalancers even has a built-in project management tool to keep you on track, and ensure you hit those important milestones. 

 

  • Pharmalancers will invoice the client in accordance to your agreed payment schedule. We then pay you your fee as soon as the invoice is paid.  We will even chase up unpaid invoices for you.

FEES

Pharmalancers’ fees are very transparent. There is no sign-up or membership fee. Consultants agree the rates and project fees directly with the customers and the platform fees are a fixed percentage mark-up on the project fees only.

CONTRACTING

When you join you will be asked to sign a contract with Pharmalancers, this is to help simplify the process of contracting with your customers.

WORK ORDERS

Once you agree on a project, a work order specific to that project will be agreed between you and the customer.
